Blend half squid and half squid broth, all together (season them nice and tasty), once the mixture is completely liquid, add 0.75 g of agar for every 100 ml. Blend again and boil for 30 seconds. Blend again and then filter through a fine mesh strainer. Then pour the liquid onto a silicone mat inside a baking tray to a thickness of 1 mm. Wait until it solidifies and then cut as desired.
